Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
Yes. For after-hours emergencies call 03 477 0077 in Dunedin, or 03 445 4916 in Central Otago.
What does a call-out cost?
The minimum service fee is $150 including GST, which covers up to an hour’s labour plus the vehicle charge. Materials are charged in addition. Scheduled work runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.
Can I send photos of the problem?
Yes please — email them to service@adamsnz.com and mention your booking. Photos help us turn up with the right parts.
Which trades do you cover?
Plumbing, drainage, electrical and gas fitting — plus septic tank and wastewater systems. One team covers the lot.
Where do you work?
Throughout Dunedin & Otago, from our Dunedin (Kenmure) and Cromwell offices.
